Coaching

Do any of the following ring true for you?

  • You are ready to make serious progress in short order, but light on inspiration.
  • You have a time-bound deadline coming your way–e.g. a (virtual…ugh) event coming up, launching a new website, unveiling a new brand identity, gearing up for #GivingTuesday, etc.
  • You feel like you’re working really, really, really (really) hard and just not getting the results you want.

I get it. I’ve been right there. Know what helped? Having a coach to keep me focused, motivated, and inspired.

Coaching can feel luxurious for nonprofit folks. Especially when we’re navigating all this during a global pandemic and a racial reckoning.

Coaching is one of the smartest investments you can make in your mission and yourself.

To make coaching as accessible as possible to as many nonprofits as possible, I’m rolling out COVID pricing for one-off sessions and a new offering–a  monthly coaching package with unlimited support.

Single Coaching Session: $199/session. You show up with questions. I show up with answers…or at least some very well-informed and research-backed answers. Sign up here to automagically schedule your session. >>

Monthly Coaching with Unlimited Support: $999/month. You get four (count ’em 4) coaching sessions per month. In addition, you get unlimited access to me via Voxer. (It’s the modern-day equivalent of having me on speed dial.) Support does not include any writing or editing but does include me taking a looksee at things and giving you feedback lickety-split via Voxer.

“I wanted you to know how useful and timely your coaching session was. We are getting materials ready for this legislative session and some of your input has been put to work already. I am sure we will be calling on you in the future.” Vicki Wagner, Youth Suicide Prevention Program

“I wish every nonprofit could have Erica as their coach! I look forward to every meeting we have with Erica! She is smart, creative and fun…yet very, very practical. She completely understands nonprofits. She is tough on you when need be, but always in a way that is extremely supportive. Erica’s love of words is infectious and her guidance invaluable!” Jeni Craswell, Imagine Housing
